The fast and fierce canon Keep Track (Level: advanced) for four voices a cappella by Richard FitzHugh is very dynamic in music and movements. A trip, a thrill and a race which needs to be performed with grace and sustainable tempo.

In the newly composed canons (3 Levels: easy/medium/advanced) from the Panda’s CHOIREOGRAPHIES series, music and movement go hand in hand. Panda van Proosdij created the term “Choireography” as a designation for sequences of movements that she has developed especially for choirs in order to improve the sound and feeling for singing. To facilitate this, Panda and the experienced choral director, Tom Johnson, guide you through the music and choreographies with the accompanying videos.
