Venus seems to unfold in fast-forward and slowmotion at the same time. Through the slow vocal transitions, the text is, in a sense, set to music on an atomic level. Sonically undefinable and in constant flux, the music develops, recalling the planetary surface of Venus. One of the most innovative choral pieces of our time.
