This piano pieces of “FIELDT - the New Classics Piano Series” were composed during the first corona lockdown. These are quiet, meditative and soulful observations that let one’s thoughts wander. “To consider being alone as something beautiful and finally being able to dedicate myself to my piano had something valuable in it,” said the composer about the first two editions Notion of Solitude and Noctuelles. Approximately settled between film music, piano music of the Romantic Era and Erik Satie, the piano pieces subtly reflect the special atmosphere of this strange time.
