Judith  Gubernator

Judith Gubernator is a choir director, composer, singer and teacher. Her musical career began in the girls’ choir at the Trier Cathedral and the Trier Cathedral Youth Choir. She studied secondary school music education and social studies (with focuses on singing and composition) as well as choral conducting in the Master’s program at the Folkwang University in Essen. There she led tutorials for ensemble singing. She has worked with the Choir of the University of Bochum, the Hanover Boys’ Choir, the Folkwang Vocal Ensemble and Concert Choir as well as L’Arco Hanover, among others. Judith Gubernator  is a scholarship holder of Germany and has attended master classes with María Guinand, David Hill and Georg Grün, among others.
