Born in Kiel, studied Music Education at the University of Music Freiburg with a focus on piano, vocal jazz, Jazz/Pop and Music Theory. He sang with the Freiburg Jazz Choir and attended workshops with Martin Carbow, Lindsay Lewis, Ole Rasmus Moeller, Morten Schuldt-Jensen, Eric Whitacre, Roger Treece, Jiggs Whigham, Christoph Schönherr, Oliver Gies and Lukas Teske, Michael Betzner-Brandt, Malene Rigtrup and Morten Kjaer, as well as Vocal Line. National and international concert tours, including Japan and South Korea. Choral director, vocal coach, arranger and composer for choirs and big bands, teacher at various workshops for choral directing.
