Waking & Warming up for singers and choirs is based on the Voice & Physique method developed by Panda van Proosdij that is also presented in the book. The body can support the voice to facilitate singing. This makes it more fun and the singers achieve better results (vocal range, dynamics and homogeneity in the choir). This practically orientated book includes explanations for a total of 49 exercises on video (included in the HELBLING Media App, personal access code in the booklet) for the individual warm-up of body and voice as a preparation for choir rehearsals and individual vocal well-being.
